At Moretshirt. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Time frame

Our return policy allows for return within 15 days of receiving your purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We cannot accept returns for damaged items, items without their original packaging, gift cards or products on sale.

Return process

To initiate the return process, please email our customer service team at [email protected].

In your email, include your full name, order number, reason for the return, and attach pictures of the product’s condition.

Once we get your return and it meets our conditions, we will process your refund within amounts days.

Exchange

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Faulty items

We enforce very strict quality checking procedures to ensure every good we sell is in perfect condition. In case of these defective of incorrect goods, please contact customer support team as soon as possible.

 

Refund policy

We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 15 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging with hang tags still attached.

Refund method

We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-worn item returned, returned within 15 days. Once processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order.

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

We do not offer refunds on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
